How to expel your negative thoughts in a few minutes!
All defeatist and negative ideas,
depressing and pessimistic concepts and perceptions, and fearsome and defeatist
ideas may be shattering the mind and soul of man. And destroy it with worries
and mental disorders.
And there may be times when we feel
the accumulation of pressure and increased concerns, so we are looking for a
way to expel it, but we can't find any.
Here are simple, but very effective steps that help you stop and expel the negative black thoughts and fearsome frightening perceptions that cause these pressures and anxieties:

1. Wear
light, not tight clothes to allow you to relax and breathe.
2. Make the light dim .. And the
atmosphere is temperate.
When the strong lights are illuminated
for long periods of time, it causes a feeling of anxiety, nervousness and
tension for the person who lives in this
extremely (bright) atmosphere. It is a message that something important is
happening and a person should be aware of this occurrence.

Also, breathing exercises help the
oxygen flow to your lungs, and this allows the body to flush out toxins more
efficiently, so deep breathing should not be underestimated. It is a skill that
needs training.
5. In the beginning, focus on
observing your relaxed body and regular breathing and air as it enters and
exits your nose and lungs slowly and deeply.
6. Prevent your mind from thinking
about the problem, the trauma or the painful position you have been subjected
to. Through telling your mind to stop thinking about these painful, painful
spots that you have suffered and are still suffering from.
7. Then, start repeating and

yourself and your entity and satisfy your mind.
8. Do not give your mind or thought
any chance of estrangement away from these excellent ideas. And get rid of any
other idea that appears in your consciousness during this exercise, this way you
will be sure that you expel bad negative thoughts and delete them from your
mind and delete them from your memory using these strong and sanitized words of
mind.
9. Continue that training for 10 to
15 minutes. After that, you will feel very emotional and all your negative
